Unit 703 Highlights: Located on the 7th floor. Newly remodeled. Direct Gulf-front, corner unit. Sleeps up to 5 guests. 2 Bedrooms (Primary room: King. Guest room: two Twin beds) 2 Bathrooms. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. In-unit washer and dryer. Beach towels, chairs, and other beach essentials.
As a guest of Caper Beach Club, you'll enjoy direct access to the sugar-white sands of Fort Myers Beach, a heated beachfront pool, tennis and pickleball courts, barbecue grills, elevators, on-site management, and convenient parking. Located on the quieter south end of the island, the resort is approximately one mile from Times Square and just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. During the high season (November through April), guests can also take advantage of the free Fort Myers Beach Tram, making it easy to explore the island without driving.
Please Note: Caper Beach Club is a smoke-free property for all rental guests. Smoking is prohibited in all units and common areas, including screened lanais.
Property Update (June 2026): Window replacement work is currently taking place throughout the property. While every effort is being made to minimize disruptions, guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise.

We loved this condo! The owners have provided a very clean and updated unit with everything we needed for a great week in Ft. Myers Beach. The overall property is also very clean and well maintained, everyone was very courteous and pleasant. And the location is just right, close enough to restaurants to walk if you want. We were very pleased with the condo, the entire Caper Beach Club property and beach are beautiful and well maintained. It was exactly as described and pictured. The location on Fort Myers Beach is perfect, near enough to the attractions and hub of activities, but far enough away that is it very quiet and serene. There are many great restaurants in close proximity, even walking distance (1 mile). The staff were very friendly and available, on-site! Look no farther!!! Amazing vacation location!!
The condo is amazing! I highly recommend! The moment we walked in we were in love. The condo is beautifully decorated and has very modern decor. It’s furnished with anything you could need. They have thought of everything from dishes, cookware, sand buckets, beach chairs and umbrellas. Even a wagon to take it down to beach.. It is a very relaxing vacation location. The views were spectacular from the lanai! We loved to sit out there for hours and listen to the ocean. The beach is breath taking. Our walks on the beach at night amazed me at how many shells and sea life we saw there! The most I have ever seen at a beach! I will definitely be back!! 10 out of 10!!
