Unit 601 Highlights: Located on the 6th floor. Direct Gulf-front, corner unit. Sleeps up to 5 guests. 2 Bedrooms (Primary room: King. Guest room: Queen & Twin beds) 2 Bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. In-unit washer and dryer. Beach towels, chairs, and other beach essentials.
As a guest of Caper Beach Club, you'll enjoy direct access to the sugar-white sands of Fort Myers Beach, a heated beachfront pool, tennis and pickleball courts, barbecue grills, elevators, on-site management, and convenient parking. Located on the quieter south end of the island, the resort is approximately one mile from Times Square and just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. During the high season (November through April), guests can also take advantage of the free Fort Myers Beach Tram, making it easy to explore the island without driving.
Please Note: Caper Beach Club is a smoke-free property for all rental guests. Smoking is prohibited in all units and common areas, including screened lanais.
Property Update (June 2026): Window replacement work is currently taking place throughout the property. While every effort is being made to minimize disruptions, guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise.

This was our first time visiting Fort Meyers Beach (five of us). Location of the condo was perfect, in a quiet area, but not too far from Times Square. Short drive to Sanibel Island and Bonita Springs. The condo itself was perfect. Morning coffee on the balcony was the best. We enjoyed the pool when we weren't swimming in the ocean. Very nice unit, clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and beach chairs. Plenty of space for the family to enjoy time together. Always a great and awesome time there . We have rented 601 quite a few times before and will rent it again in the future . We love being there . We started renting- my wife and I , then with my kids and now we are bringing our grandchildren there . We absolutely love it there . We will be back in December .

This condo is exactly as advertised! It is a beautiful well equipped condo with plenty of space. It was clean and bright. It has windows on three sides which gives expansive views. The customer service was fabulous and the permanent residents were friendly and welcoming.
The grounds/pool were well kept and beautiful.
This condo is about 1 mile south of downtown and we enjoyed walking to dinner and back on the beach. The sunsets were dazzling from the beach.

The unit was very nice with a gorgeous view of the gulf. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Everyone, staff and other owner/renters,seemed to be very friendly.
