We stayed in Unit 412. It was beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe and immaculate. The views from the lanai looking right out to the pool and ocean were beautiful. Great for watching the sunset. The property was lovely and so private. We enjoyed the pool and beach daily. Office personnel were so helpful, thank you Bonnie for answering all of our questions. We will be back for sure.

We would rent this again! The pool is well maintained. The grounds are beautiful! The people that work here are very friendly!

Beautiful!!!
We had an amazing vacation in FMB, so happy to see the island coming back. We had a wonderful week staying at Caper Beach in unit 412! Our unit was beautifully remodeled with stocked with everything you need. We especially loved the 2 queen size beds in the guest room to accommodate our family of 5 comfortably. Walking or trolley pick up right across the street to shopping and dining The pool/beach views from our lanai and sunsets are just beautiful! The staff at Caper Beach is so helpful and attentive to whatever we needed! We can't wait to go back!

Diane and Norm were very friendly and helpful upon our arrival to the property. We had a very bad experience with Bonnie yelling and calling our friend a 'bad customer' because she was questioning why kids could not play with a small ball and hoop in the pool. At the time of play, there were no other guests in the pool. We do suspect that an owner later joined the pool and complained to Bonnie about the rules not being followed. I have never been treated that way by any customer service person. The owner just sat there on their float which was also against the list of rules. Seems there is a set of rules for the owners and another for renters.
Also, when we booked in January, we enjoyed a 20% discount. Then not 2 weeks later, the "board' decided to drop it to 30%. I called to see about a refund. Again, no was the answer. If you want people to come to your property, then welcome then with kindness and compassion. We will be staying at another FT Myers beach property next spring break. We want to be somewhere where we are welcome.
