Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
No pets allowed.
No motor homes, boats and/or trailers allowed in the parking lots.
The use of skateboards, roller blades or scooters is not allowed
anywhere on the premises.
Security Deposit: In addition to the rental rates, a $500 security deposit is required. It will be held until 45 days after departure, and will be adjusted for damages, extra cleaning charges, long distance call charges or any unpaid rents.
Payments: We require 50% payment of your rent 90 days prior to your arrival. Full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival. No keys will be issued until full payment has been received. Travel insurance is available upon request.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing, and must be received 45 days prior to arrival in order to receive any refund. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival are subject to loss of deposit and any partial payments, unless we are able to rebook the unit for the same time period.
Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations, should your confirmed unit become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to limit rentals based on group size and/or age: Our condominium rules allow for a maximum of 5 people to a 2 bedroom unit. Some owners have requested no more than 4. Occupancy must be established at the time the reservation is made, and Caper Beach Rental Office must be notified if the number of occupants changes. Violation may lead to immediate eviction without notice.
Unit for Sale: Should the rental unit be for sale, we reserve the right to show it to prospective buyers. We will schedule appointments with you 24 hours in advance and will do our utmost not to inconvenience you.
